Our shortening products offer professional solutions for your food business needs, especially for cake and biscuit making, snacks, and food frying applications. These versatile vegetable fat products can also be used for a wide variety of needs, such as bread making, pastries, creams, cheese processing, and milk fat substitutes. Our shortening products are trans fat-free, in accordance with the recommendations of the European Union standards, which minimize the content of 3-monochloropropane diol (3-MCPD) and fatty acid glycidyl esters.

Cocoa Butter Substitutes (CBS) is a premium trans fat-free lauric product as a cocoa butter substitute. Made from high quality palm kernel oil and fractionated with a non-waxy melting profile, it has a pleasant mouth feel for compound applications.

Our CBS products are healthy, trans fat free and non-PHO (partially hydrogenated oil). CBS provides a glossy appearance, resistance to blooming, a firm snap when broken, and a cool mouth feel. It does not require tempering and provides high capacity output in production lines.

Our CBS performs particularly well in chocolate applications and as a milk fat substitute for toppings.
